To date, we’ve raised $9,500,000 for public recreation projects throughout San Francisco.
SFFSR is committed to sourcing funds for underserved public sports facilities and enhancing recreational activities across our neighborhoods. There is no project too large or too small.

YTA's Hunters Point Tennis Courts
We’re proud to have helped these historic tennis courts renovate and reopen in San Francisco’s Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood. Learn about the past, present, and future of these historic courts, dedicated to tennis legend Arthur Ashe in this grand reopening.
With funding for ten sport wheelchairs, a basketball court shot clock, and uniforms, we’re proud to have supported this important cause. Learn more about the program at Gene Friend’s Rec Center.
The Let’sPlaySF! Initiative, funded by the 2012 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond, aims to renovate 13 of the city’s most beloved playgrounds. These upgrades aim to create safer, more engaging play spaces for children and families across, with a focus on fostering community and improving access. We are proud to partner with other local organizations to create inclusive, vibrant outdoor spaces to serve our diverse city.
